I work with you on the mat in the office or out in nature. I’m guiding you to explore and expand your movement practice in order to find more ease and choice in your everyday life.
I use principles and techniques from yoga, somatics, dance, general movement, and acroyoga, and love to take you outdoors.
I offer group and individual movement lessons in person (based in Slovenia) or online.
